Findum are a recruitment agency with over 20 years experience in the field.  They use the latest recruitment techniques to support companies searches, with a hands-on team that provides advice and expertise.

Our designers sat down with James Hasler, the founder of Findum, to talk about brand and how to show his Company's values simply and cleanly.  We designed a friendly, approachable but professional look. The green and monochrome colour scheme informed the website design. To keep the developers on track, we created a style guide and assets so that the brand was perfectly implemented. Findum wanted a simple to use website, mirroring the companies ethos that recruitment should be quick and stress free. We designed the platform so that contacting the company was quick and easy
